• Building the application that runs the business end to end: order intake, production pipeline, workload assignment, USD client invoicing, reporting, and an HRMS (attendance, leave, payroll, payslips) for the offshore team.
• Designed tenant isolation with PostgreSQL row-level security and a table-driven permission model; admins, leads and production staff each see different sidebars, registers and record scopes.
• Modelled the order workflow (Search → Search QC → Typing → Typing QC → Delivery) with an assignment engine that routes each stage to the least-loaded eligible person and enforces segregation of duties, so no one QCs their own work.
• Implemented SLA stage budgets that split each client turnaround promise into internal checkpoints, flagging orders as recoverable-behind or at-risk before they breach.
• Cut dashboard domInteractive from 80 ms to 14-17 ms with deferred scripts, minification and Brotli precompression.
• Redacted 1,100+ identity-document values (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) from seed data.

• Built the core product flows: search and paste-link ingestion, the buy/wait verdict page, a better-alternatives section, and a login-gated price-alert and watchlist system, with forms on React Hook Form and Zod.

Phase 1: B2B lending platform rewrite, Node.js to Go (May 2025 to Nov 2025)

• One of three engineers on a greenfield rewrite of the B2B lending platform from a Node.js/Angular monolith to Go + Next.js.
• Owned the Partner Configuration module end to end: a schema separating partner identity from configuration for safe versioning, Gin REST APIs with DTO validation at every boundary, and the customer, partner and delay IRR rules, with rates snapshotted at loan creation so existing loans never change.
• Built the RBAC system from scratch: role hierarchies and per-resource scoped permissions enforced in Gin middleware across all protected routes.
• Set up the project foundations: auth, GORM models, a handler → service → repository layout, environment configuration and DTO boundaries.
• Built the frontend modules for Employee Management, Partner dashboards, Branch, Sector and Operations against the Go APIs.

Phase 2: Production engineering on the live platform (Nov 2025 to Apr 2026)

• Delivered the Transaction Report module on my own: filters by date range, loan status, partner and payment type, aggregations across thousands of loan records, and structured export.
• Integrated Razorpay on the live lending platform: order creation, payment capture, webhook signature verification and idempotent failure recovery.
• Traced Digio KYC failures in two flows to a response-handling mismatch between the Digio API contract and the internal state machine, and fixed it, unblocking stalled customer onboarding.
• Integrated Avanse loan-disbursement APIs: response parsing, mapping to internal models, and clean error propagation.
• Fixed production bugs across the lending lifecycle: payment settlement edge cases, status-transition gaps, and NULL foreign keys breaking partner payment joins.
